How To Lose Weight ?
Question: Recently my Office started work from office, so on first day I was positive and energetic and attended office very nicely but on second day I don't know why my energy levels went down and I took a leave to rest, I have to go 3 days in office and my office is very far from my home so I need to travel through local trains, now I have observed my energy levels are often low, my legs are shakey sometimes when I try to exercise, I used to exercise and cycle when I was working from Home, now when I try to exercise I feel tired very early and my muscles start feeling weak, what should I do, I also don't take any kind of health supplements. Should I take some medical tests or start any health supplements but I often have stomach issues so I don't know what to take, and my weight is 110 kg and my height is 5'11''.
