Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
The first step to do is to find the cause of this abnormally high liver enzyme levels.
You have ruled out Hepatitis A, B, C and E infections.
You have to get tested for metabolic diseases and autoimmune diseases. If you are on any medications which are toxic to liver they should be stopped. If you drinking alcohol, you should quit drinking it.
I would advise you to consult a gastroenterologist in your area for the above tests and further evaluation.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Hi,
In case of liver disease, dietary modifications are needed only when there are complications like fluid accumulation or encephalopathy ( brain dysfunction).
If these complications are not present, there is no need for any specific dietary modification.
Yes you can take wheat chapathis, garlic-ginger-onion, pears, plums etc.
I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
