How To Overcome Vitamin D Deficiency ?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: Hi doctor,
Few months back, when I did my medical tests, I found out that there's Vitamin D deficiency (which is 18 ng/ml).
I want to know what kind of Vitamin D3 tablet I need to use and what's the frequency of usage?
Also, is there any mail or way to send my medical report to you so that I can take some guidance from you?
Thanks.
