Brief Answer:
She may need evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Backache is very common after misscarriage or otherwise also due to so many causes.
You can give her vitamin d3,calcium and analgesic along with hot fomentation and physiotherapy.
But before going for anything we should establish the cause of her problem,so she should do her blood test and MRI scan.
Is she having any associated symptoms?
D&c was done that time?
Are you having ant other kids( vaginal or could section delivery?)
Hope to hear from you soon, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck
Regards
