Question: I am planning to try for Intermittent fasting, My work time is 12 noon to 9 pm
What time should I plan for Eatig window and what time for Non-Eating Window

Thanks for writing to us .
Melatonin secretion happens during sleep till you wake up . So it is better to have light breakfast one hour after getting up maybe 10 am and have good lunch in the afternoon.
Eat light dinner and better stop eating at least one hour before you start sleeping .
Breakfast may be skipped too but I advice you t have some fruits at least for that.
