Brief Answer:
Yes. You should use condom with both sexual partners

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist and venereologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

Yes. You should use a condom regularly with both sexual partners. Though certain STDs like HIV, gonorrhea and chlamydia are prevented with condom, however a condom only reduces the risk of transmission of other STDs like Genital herpes, HPV and syphilis i.e these STDs can get transmitted even with a protected sexual contact. This is because a condom covers only a portion of shaft of the penis and leaves base of penile shaft and scrotum exposed for skin to skin contact during sexual intercourse.

Brief Answer:
Regarding STD

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Protected sex is safe. I don't think overleakage is an issue.
However, you must get yourself screened at regular intervals if your going to engage with multiple sexual partners.
It would be preferable to have only one trustworthy sexual partner because that eliminates any risk of STD.
