Need you suggestion.

No there is no danger to pass to baby
Detailed Answer:
Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Typhoid fever is transmitted only via infected food or water. It can not transmitted by any other route.
Your baby is at present on breastfeeding exclusively so there are no chances of transmission.
Even the mother with typhoid fever can do breastfeeding without interruption.
Only thing you should be careful during typhoid is wash your hands frequently with soap just to avoid infection to other adult persons. Food and water contaminated with faeces of an infected person is the only route of transmission.
Only thing is in special conditions in which baby is not taking breastfeeding and you prepare milk for him outside then only chances are there which is very rare possibility.
So, I hope you have got my opinion. Don't worry it can not be transmitted.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
