thanks unfortunately they wont give the pill or do the tube...my husband consulted the dr and sent me this: other option is to take at least 100 microgram ofethinyl estradiol and a progesterone. Traditional birth control pills contain ethinyl estradiol or an estrogen along with a progesterone. One table has approximately 20 -30 microgram of estradiol depending upon the brand. So give her 4 tablets [ if they contain 30 microgram each] or 5 tablets [ if they contain 20 microgram each of ethinyl estradiol] of birth control pills. The dose is to be repeated after 12 hours. Also please remember to take the active pills as some packs contain active pills and 4-7 dummy or sugar pills. The sugar pills will not work. So she will need 2 doses. The first dose must be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex and the second dose is taken 12 hours after the first dose. However this regimen is associated with side effects like nausea and vomiting. So please ask her to take this after meals and if possible give her a drug to control nausea like domperidone or ondansetron. If there is vomiting within 2 hours of taking the tablets then efficacy is not certain. The pills may also cause irregular period or delayed period. The pills cannot be used if there is active liver or kidney disease or heart disease. If this is not available then other option is to use low dose mifepristone within 72 hours.

Brief Answer:
You have to take the ECP from somewhere
Detailed Answer:
Dear,
The chance of pregnancy is high because you had sex around the time when you ovulate.
You have to take the ECP from somewhere. Arrange it from some other country.
There is no other way.
The other options which your doctor told your husband can be tried but with due risk.
