How To Recognise Implantation Bleeding?

Question: I am married its been 1 year and Me and my husband planned to have a kid we went and did check up the report showed normal. doctor asked me to come first day or second day of my periods i went met doctor she prescribed a tablet as ( Fopymin ) to take everyday after food and also folic acid tablet. I did alternative day scan for follicles check all were normal again she gave me Clome tablet for 5 days also had follicle scan alternative days. And one injection on 13days of my periods along with the scan. She told to come again if I get periods on first or second day or one week later. I got my periods in the morning in the noon the bleed stopped in the first day where the bleed was very less I told the doctor she never responded me anything she did again one scan she told come again if you have a bleed or come one week later. Please let me know what does this mean.

I have vomiting and giddiness sensation since 10days till now., my appetite is also changed .

Tablets which I still in take is fopymin and folic acid tablets . Is that good to consume still.

My age is 33 years so I am scared . I am going to finish a week after as I had less bleed in my first day of my periods . Should I consult the doctor or the changes.
Please advice .

i had checked at home the pregnancy test it came as negative, also today i had been to the doctor asking that i have still not got my periods she checked and she prescribed a tablet to get my period ( Devilry tablet ) .she also told that my uterus is good and so on. i m mentally stressed with many things in head, i work as well from 1pm to 10 Pm
travelling would take one hour for coming and another hour for going back home.
i need to hardly get rest at home. i hardly sleep as well i sleep from 2am to 7.30 am. need to do all the house hold work and come back to office.

i want to conceive the child which me and my husband have planned since 3 months. this is the first month i had been to the doctor.which is near to my house susheelarani B.S. doctor is asked me to come when i get my periods for ovulation.

i m really blank out with it .

Kindly help.
