Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
SGPT of 51 is on the higher side. It means there is some liver insult.
It is good that you mentioned that you are taking medications for RA.
I would like to know what medications are you taking.
Actually, painkillers and Methotrexate can harm liver.
So, mention what medications and at what doses and since when are you taking.
Also, mention for what reason did you got your LFT done.
Treatment would depend upon the cause.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me and answer these questions preferably in point wise manner.
Stay Healthy.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
My suspicion was right. This rise in liver enzyme is due to Methotrexate.
Now at this point I would advise you following:
1. To get a Ultrasound abdomen done to see for liver fibrosis.
2. To discuss with your doctor regarding stopping or reducing the dose of methotrexate.
3. Avoid Hifenac-P as far as possible. Discuss with your doctor to start you on Etoricoxib instead of Hifenac-P.

I would advise you to review with me with your report of Ultrasound Abdomen.
If you have any further query please ask me.
