Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query. Normal uric acid levels for adult male is 4.0-8.5 mg/dL. So yours is at higher end. These measures may help reduce uric acid levels:
- Avoid red meat and take lots of water 3-4 liters per day.
- Eat more of vitamin C foods and take vitamin C supplement such as Tab. Limcee 500 mg twice daily for 1 to 3 months.
- Eat more oranges, grapefruits, strawberries, green peppers, red sweet peppers, kiwi, cauliflower and cherries.
- Eat high fiber food.
- Avoid high fat dairy. You can have low-fat milk and yogurt.
- Avoid processed sugar and alcohol.

I would suggest you to repeat uric acid levels after 1 or 3 months.

I hope this helps you. If you have any doubts please feel free to discuss further.

Regards.
