Brief Answer:
Cholesterol on the higher side

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir,
From the reports you have uploaded, the following are my observations :
1) your kidneys function is normal
2) your liver parameters mostly are normal only slightly raised
3) your cholesterol total and LDL cholesterol and triglycerides are high
My recommendations are as follows :
1) have a 1600kcal/day diet
2) cut down carbohydrates and include more fiber and protein in your diet.
3) minimal intake of fats
4) daily exercise as you have been doing 50min a day for 5 days a week.
5) please take tab. Rosuvastatin 20 mg daily at bedtime for 3 months under doctor's guidance to lower LDL cholesterol only after liver function tests are normal
6) please repeat liver function tests after one week and cholesterol profile after 3 months and report here. We will see the results and plan accordingly. Your blood pressure is normal.

Remaining all results are good.
Hope I have answered your question. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you. Take care.

Brief Answer:
Eat banana on alternate days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, I have gone through your diet schedule. It's good. No need of any changes. Only thing is eat banana alternate days as it causes increase in blood glucose rapidly.
