Brief Answer:
Could be viral gastritis or food poisoning

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us. Based on the history and description it looks like a viral gastritis or food poisoning. This usually lasts a few days
Keep the child hydrated with oral rehydration solutions like electral or pedialyte. You can give around 100 ml of this for each vomit or loose stool.
Also try some probiotics like BIFILAC or Enterogermina two times daily for 3 days
Make sure she passes urine at least 6 times daily . If not keep increasing oral rehydration solution like I mentioned before .
If child becomes dull or not passing urine well , may need examination to rule out dehydration.
Regards
Dr Arun
