Question: I am married with one child, I have sex once a week after intercourse ejaculation happen within minute. Kindly suggest medication to stay longer at bed.

I don't know whether it is premature ejaculation or not... What should be idle time of Sex?
As per my understanding i perform well, because before intercourse i spent well amount of time in foreplay.
No I am not on any medication
2 Years back one doctor recommended PENEGRA 50mg but the medicine did not suited me because after having medicine my head pain get started so I stopped the medicine.
Apart from this till now none medicine I have took
Should I personally visit doctor? What is your recommendation?

Yes, a physical examination can help to rule out any defects which can cause Premature ejaculation.

Meanwhile you can use Tab Tadalafil 10mg at night after food 1 hr before intercourse. This may not give you headache and is safe.
