Brief Answer:
Shoulder pain treated with Flexura D

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I am sorry to hear about your shoulder pain.

There are various reasons for this pain.
If you have overused your arm (overworked or overstretched), that could be the reason. Once the arm and shoulder are put at rest, and taking appropriate medications, the pain will get relieved.

The medication you are taking I believe is Flexura D, a combination of Diclofenac (analgesic) and metaxalone (muscle relaxant), will help reduce pain and relax your muscles.

This means that doctor judged your pain as musculoskeletal excluding other more serious diagnosis.

I would add applying analgesic cream containing Diclofenac in combination with topical muscle relaxant.

Avoid overusing the shoulder and arm until improvement.

Physiotherapy is also a good alternative to relieve the pain and stiffness.

However, as you've been taking the medications for 5 days now, I highly recommend to revisit your caring doctor, ask for any additional test, and discuss if the above options can be applied in best way to you.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other concern.
