Brief Answer:
She should take Analgesic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Pain due to Kidney stones will be reduced by a good Analgesic tablet containing Diclofenac sodium.
Sometimes ,the stone gets slipped into URETER and causes Severe spasmodic pain. Then along with Analgesic, tablet containing smooth muscle relaxant like Dicyclomine should be used.
Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wishing her good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
