How To Reduce Uric Acid Level?

Question: hi doctor. I am 27 old female and recently found that my uric acid level is at 7. I dont want to take any medicine for the same. can u please help me reduce normally.

Hyperuricemia can be easily treated with drugs like fabuxostat which has a good side effect profile however since you have decided to manage with life style modifications here are my suggestions

1. Avoid red meat
2. Avoid leafy vegetables
3. Drink plenty of water , Atleast 2 to 3 litres per day
4 . Cardio vascular exercises like jogging , swimming , etc for Atleast 30 min a day
