Body mass index should be between 19 to 24.

You have to maintain your calorie intake = BMI x 120.
Have to decrease saturated fats, fast foods etc. Add fruits, vegetables, whole grains etc in your diet.
Eat lesser quantity in frequent intervals.
Plan exercise 30 to 45 minutes a day, 4 to 5 days in one week.
You can gradually increase the period of exercise.
Nowadays methods like lipo suction etc are becoming popular but there are no studies on the short term and long term side effects of these methods.
So as per as possible better to go in natural ways.
