5.7 inch , 107 kg, I was gain 26 kg in last 8 yr , no physical work in a day, wake 11 am end break fast 12 pm in a evening a cup of tea en some snaks after 9 make a two or three drinks of whisky end make a dinner en sleep my mom is faty but my father is slim no complications no current madicines

1. Must have to Wake up before sunrise and fast walking for 3 kilometers at morning.
2. For wake up early need to sleep early at night
3. Alcohol can damage liver function and its strongly required to stop alcohol as well as Chain smoking too. So its needed to stop or control both of addiction.
4. Stop Chilled water, cold drinks, Bakery food and Menda flour food.
5. Stop to eat curd and Cheese.
6. Please start the following Ayurveda medicines with this restrictions
A. Medohar Gugal 2 tabs twice a day
B. Aarogya vardhini ras 2 tabs twice a day
C. Tab. Liv-52 2 tabs twice a day
D. Vidangadi loh tab 2 tabs twice a day.
