Weight is 70kg height is 162 cm.
I dont have Poly cystic ovarian disease or thyroid problems.
I have wheezing problem and taking inhalzer twice a day. am not doing any exercise in regular basic. I have 2 years old baby boy.

I guess you increased your weight after delivery of baby.
Yes you have overweight according to your height and weight.
Since you have wheezing problem I can not advice you to do strenuous exercises.
I suggest you walk at least 30 minutes and walk slowly.
Do mild exercises up to your stamina.
Do breathing exercises for your wheezing problem.
And most important thing is diet.
You should maintain and follow your diet strictly.
Cut off all oily, fat food, sweets and masala junk food.
Drink plenty of water.
Do not skip meals
Eat small meals 4-5 times in day. DO not eat heavy meals.
Eat fresh fruits, nuts and oats.
Do not eat food 2 hours before going bed and late night as well.
Do walk for 10 minutes immediately after food.
