Brief Answer:
No need to worry about Folate levels.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for posting your query.

Your folate levels are not high and moreover a high folate levels will not cause problem to the body , as it is a water soluble vitamin and anything excess will be thrown out in the urine .

So don't worry about folate levels.

Now you need to get evaluated for low vitamin B12 levels. I would recommend the following tests for you. Kindly get it done and revert back with reports.

Stool for Ova and Cysts, Anti-Intrinsic factor Antibodies.

For the correction of low vitamin B12 you need to take Inj Rejuneuron weekly once for 2-3 months . Kindly consult your doctor and ask for the prescription.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Anisocytosis means the red blood cells are not in equal size

Detailed Answer:
HI

Anisocytosis means the red blood cells are not in equal size . It is seen in many conditions including Vitamin B 12 .

If your intrinsic factor abs level is normal then get tested for Stool for Ova and cyst.

You get only Iron preparations like Tab Ferium.

I could not see your first and third file as it is password protected , kindly upload them in different format.

Brief Answer:
No need for Iron supplements.

Detailed Answer:
HI

See your Hb is 12.5 , you don't need to take Iron supplements, just eat Iron rich food like Custard Apple, Ragi, Dates , Pomogranate , Beetroot, peanuts, groundnuts, Almonds etc.

If you still want to take Iron supplements , you can go ahead without worrying about Folate levels as I have said earlier anything extra that your body doesn't need will be thrown out in the Uirne.

Yes you can take Zentel without testing for stools , but I would still recommend you to consult your doctor for this. If you are taking Zentel , then it has to be repeated after 1 week .

Hope this information was useful to you.
