Brief Answer:
"Irritant Contact dermatitis": Suggestions and guidance.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome again and thanks for posting your pictures along with details.
After analyzing your problem I can make out "Irritant Contact dermatitis" or in simple words allergy to contact of the cream you have applied.
To explain you elaborately about this condition - Due to application of the cream you got irritation to the same. Though the cream is not irritant in nature but some times due to over application or also due to Tretinoin in the cream, there can be irritation. So there can be initial redness and itching and later on it gets wrinkly and dull in appearance. I quite often see your kind of cases where due to application of similar products one gets such kind of problem. I reassure you that this is temporary and will get better.
For the betterment I provide following suggestions:
1. Avoid direct sunlight. It is the sole most important factor for the prevention of any pigmentation over the affected area.
2. Do not Pinch pop or squeeze or rub any area.
3. Do not use any cosmetics over and near the affected area.
For the part of treatment I suggest my patients to follow the regime below:
1. Apply a sunscreen lotion on the affected area in day and afternoon time. Apply it in very thin layer.
2. Apply plane Fluticasone cream in a thin layer in morning and at night time. Apply in a very thin layer so that it should not be visible to naked eye. Do not apply beyond 5 days.
3. If there is any irritation or itching is present then can take tablet “Loratadine” or "Deslotatadine" tablet by mouth up to three to four times also if the itching is more.
You can get these medicines prescribed form your doctor. I again reassure you that the area will be alright soon. I hope this information will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.
"Wish you good health"

Brief Answer:
Stop the cream for time being period.
Detailed Answer:
Hello young fellow,
Welcome back and thanks for your swift follow up.
The cream you used is not bad but if used in higher amount then can cause irritation. In my patients whenever I suggest this kind of cream then I suggest them to use an ear bud to apply the cream. By this the cream should be applied in such a thin layer that it should not be visible to the naked eye.
I additionally suggest my patients to apply jus for 1 hour for 7 days and if there is no irritation then can use overnight.
Nevertheless at his time as there is irritation due to this cream so it is better not to use this cream by now. I suggest you to report this episode of spot formation to your dermatologist.
Fluticasone cream will help in reduction of the dryness and irritation part. Do not try to apply any home remedies as can cause further aggravation.
I hope this helps. I will be glad to answer any further queries.
