Plenty of water, bananas

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. If its not causing any breathing difficulties nothing to worry. That might dislodge and pass down on its own. Sometimes it may cause a scratch and that scratch also feels like something stuck. You can get it examined by an ENT doctor to confirm. There is nothing to panic.

I recommend the following.
1) Drink plenty of water.
2) Chew banana, bread and swallow quickly.
3) If these remedies fail, you need to consult an ENT surgeon for removal.
You will be fine in a day or two.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
