Hello Dear. You can drink lots of water, eat fibre rich diet like bananas and also take syrup cremaffin 10ml, which is a laxative. That should be sufficient to clear it through defecation in a few hours. If it is still persisting a soap water enema will definitely clear it. But you need to visit a doctor, ideally a surgeon who may do a digital rectal examination and see.
