Brief Answer:
Just under skin, can be removed. Few investigations necessary first

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. If the cyst is subcutaneous and not deep and it moves easily, the it can be easily removed.
2. As it is not affecting the liver functions, possibly, it is not from the liver.
3. If its superficial, it might be a possible lipoma. Excision is possible.
4. Get an FNAC biopsy of the lesion. Identification of type of lesion along with ultrasound examination to identify its depth would be helpful in excision.
5. Hope you are not diabetic. Wound healing will take longer due to age and protein rich diet is necessary for faster healing after removal.

More opinion possible based on ultrasound and FNAC findings and diagnosis.

Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
