Brief Answer:
Follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to the presence of gas in the gastrointestinal area.
I recommend to use an over the counter treatment such as Simethicone treatment.
I also recommend to change your diet and avoid food that can cause gas such as lentils, cauliflower or brocoli.
I suggest to eat slowly and avoid using chewing gum.
If the symptoms continue, you should do an abdominal ultrasound and an EKG for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
