How To Rule Out A Blocked Artery In The Neck?
Brief Answer:
echocardiography and treadmill test would not tell you about blocked artery
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
I have read your message.
Thanks for the information.
I can tell you that no, echocardiography and treadmill test would not tell you about the blocked artery in the neck.
The blood vessels of the neck would need a specific test called Doppler test.
I would need to know your symptoms and other similar history like medication history and history of smoking and alcohol use (if any), in case you need to know more.
Best of luck.

Detailed Answer:
hello.
I have read your symptoms.
It sounds more like a cervical disc or muscle stiffness (called trapezitis) that is bothering you.
it may be better to meet a neurologist.
you may need an x ray of the cervical spine.
this will help us get to a diagnosis.
an MRI may be needed subsequently if there is something severe.
medications can be suggested thereafter.
as for the ear pain, it may either be due to a ENT problem.
Hence a visit to an ENT specialist would help as well.
Best of luck.
