the pain there since last year.normally i dont feel that.i am working in a store.need to lift weights and bend.it start right after i start bending or taking something from floor.i dont have any burning sensation or frequent urination.no testicular pain.no fever,nausea,diarrhea but sometime constipation is there.when i drink 1 litre water suddenlyi feel like no pain

As the pain appears when lifting, inguinal hernia is the most probable reason. Try to put your hand on the painful area, press it with fingers and try to cough while standing. There might be some lump protruding during that test.
I suggest you to have an ultrasound of this area. If the hernia is confirmed, surgery can be done. Please consult general surgeon.

i am going back to my home country after 6 months.is it possible to hold till then for the surgery
