How To Rule Out Cancer When Diagnosed With Fibrocystic Breast Disease?

Question: Hello I have fibrostic breast since my 30th since a I am 40 I have many ultra sound. A few memography. Two year ago I decided no more memography they are not able to see because of all my lump I got two thermography no pain.....so far ....good news no cancer ..... I do not believe in the poking and removing if not cancer......can I do anything else any suggestions thanks I am 46 ..... My biological grand -mother got a beast remove at 50 th.....

So you can go for evion capsules and you can go PET scan to rule out cancer( I know it is not there)
But you are having the history in your family.
