Brief Answer:
Recommend a dose of albendazole 400 mg twice daily for 5 days

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. In all honesty, I still cannot confirm the presence of a parasite through the given image and would only be able to accurately confirm the same through a physical examination.

But, as the initiation of anti-helminthic drugs will not do you any harm (if at all this is not a parasitic infection), I would recommend the initiation of the following medications that should help rid you of this presentation if at all this is indeed a parasite, and if it is not then the drugs will not cause you any harm, but the presentation will remain and you may have to visit a doctor personally to find the cause.

The medication is:

+Albendazole 400 mg tablet twice a day for 5 days

Please do report back to me within 5 days to let me know if this helped you or not. If it did, then the most probable diagnosis would be cutaneous larva migrans. Please do not hesitate to write to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
