How To Terminate Early Pregnancy?

Question: I live in Kuwait and it's restricted to get the abortion pills, I would like to order it online and cover the track or fake the trace of the item, I really need these pills before it's too late. My GF already passed her first period cycle and the pregnancy test showed positive with a fade second line, we did it twice and showed the same results. Any solution, suggestions or advice that is useful to my case?

2. When did you go for UPT? After how many days of having intercourse?
3. 'My GF already passed her first period cycle' can you please explain this? Did your GF had menses after intercourse or did she missed her periods?

The answers will decide the need of abortion pills.

Well, most probably she is pregnant.

I think you can order the MTP pills. But these are to be taken under doctor's supervision.
Mifepristone (200 mg) is taken orally followed 24-72 hours later by misoprostol 800 mcg (4 tablets of 200 mcg) vaginally. It is to be taken only under doctor's supervision as there can be heavy bleeding.

Since you have difficulty in obtaining MTP pills, there are some home remedies which can cause abortion:
1. Papaya and pineapple are well known abortifacient.
2. Ginger extract can also cause abortion.
3. Cinnamon is another food item which can cause abortion.

However, these are not the sure shot ways to cause abortion.

Other alternative is to visit a place where medical termination of pregnancy is legal (e.g. India).

To facilitate abortion, she can take 250 mg of raw papaya every morning till she gets bleeding.

OR

Boil some ginger in a cup of water.
Drink this cup of ginger juice 3 time a day after meals everyday till bleeding occurs.

For weird taste, she can keep a piece of cardamom or sweet fennel seeds in her mouth.

I would like to maximize the chance of abortion, what more there is to do and what food she should avoid, I read that green tea will do the job but you haven't mentioned it.

Sorry for the delayed response.

There are multiple foods which are mentioned to cause abortion. Papaya and ginger extracts are well known abortifacient. So I suggested them in my earlier reply. I am not sure about green tea though.

However as I mentioned earlier, these are not the sure shot ways for abortion. We cannot guarantee 100% results with those home remedies. Further no one can predict, in what duration these home remedies will cause abortion. And MTP laws in all most all countries don't permit abortion beyond the first 12 - 18 weeks of pregnancy. Therefore in my view it is better to resort to MTP pills and consult a doctor at a place where abortion is legal.
