Brief Answer:
MTP can be under supervision.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted the details of your wife and her current medications.

If you are not interested in continuing with this pregnancy, medical termination of pregnancy (MTP) can be planned in consultation with the gynecologist.

Past history of surgery and her current medications would not interfere in the treatment.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Brief Answer:
Depends on the duration of pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

The method chosen for terminating pregnancy depends on the gestational age (duration in weeks of pregnancy).

The best choice can be decided by the gynecologist. As I mentioned, the previous brain surgery and her current medications need not influence or interfere with the selection of method for MTP.

Best wishes,
