Question: am a non immigrant in XXXXXXX but discovered am pregnant last 1month but i don't want to have the baby what can i do and where do i go what do i need?

Thanks for the query to hcm,
As you are just 4-5 weeks pregnant and you have confirmed it, the best would be to report to the ER for a gynecologist consultation. As you may not have your insurance , so this can be treated as a paid consultation at ER.
The 4-5 weeks pregnancy has to be confirmed for its intrauterine presence with a transvaginal ultrasound and once confirmed, oral medications can be prescribed for medical termination of pregnancy which is generally the Unwanted kit ( with mifepristone and misoprostol tabs). They have to be taken in strict accordance as would be prescribed by your doctor.

thanks for the reply on time. it is true that i don't have health insurance i will like to know What is ER and like how much will it cost me to see the ER and get the medication you mentioned?

Hello,
ER is the casualty or the emergency room where the patient can report anytime without a prior appointment and the medical attendant shall be bound to attend you.
You can seek a gyn consult there and the medications would only be prescribed by the doctor . Further procedures and price of the medicine can be enquired at the ER facility of the hospital itself, as it varies from brand to brand.
The medication kit should cost your between 20-30 dollars approx. But Ultrasound would be charged separately.

thanks this is real value for money. can you help direct me to any medical facility where i can be attended to today so i can get it once and for all. am presently in XXXXXXX indiana and what will i need to provide apart from the money for consultation, medication and ultrasound

i went to the medical facility at 1701 senate blvd XXXXXXX but i saw a doctor that told me they don't do it again and she gave me list of other clinics that would do it. but my fear is i was told to provide my contact address after nothing was done hope am not going to pay for just talk cos they ask if i have health insurance. If am paying like how much should i be expecting?

Well govt aided hospitals usually work on the health insurance models and hence if they have suggested private med clinics , then you don't seem to have an option but visit a private medical clinic where cash is accepted.
The price is likely to be high is private clinics and will depend on clinic to clinic. They may charge you the procedure protocol charge and consultation. You have to visit either and have to enquire personally.
It is actually difficult to get easy access to medical without a health insurance in the country.
