How To Terminate Pregnancy?
Medical termination can be done upto 6 weeks.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understand the unexpected pregnancy of your sister.
Her,If you want to terminate the 1 month pregnancy of your sister, then medical termination (with oral tablets) is possible up to 6 weeks of pregnancy.
However,It is not recommended to go for pregnancy termination or abortion on your own since certain risks are attached with them.
First of all, there is a rare condition called ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside the uterus) and in that case pregnancy termination on your own could become life threatening.
So,one needs to confirm that the pregnancy is indeed present inside the uterus and not anywhere else by ultrasound.
Also, the dosage and schedule of these drugs has to be understood in detail.
Generally, one tablet of Mifepristone (600 mcg) followed by 4 tablets of Misoprostol (total 400 mcg) have to be consumed after 48 hours of first dose.
Since these drug are strictly prescription based,so you must see gynecologist who can advice you after examining your sister.
So,take this tablets under the guidance of qualified gynecologist as it can be dangerous to take this at home because of chances of heavy bleeding and ruptured uterine pregnancy (if it is ectopic as we discussed above).
A follow-up ultrasound scan after 15 days is compulsory to rule out complications like retained tissue inside, infection, need for surgical abortion, failed medical abortion etc.
So finally, please don't act on your own or even at the behest of a pharmacist.
Schedule an appointment of qualified gynecologist soon.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have more doubts.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome again,
I have already told the drug name which is mifepristone 600 mcg followed by misoprostol 4 tablets after 48 hours but all these drugs are prescription based. They won't be available without prescription.
First, you go for ultrasound and rule out ectopic pregnancy and then see gynecologist who will prescribe this medicines after complete examination and ultrasound report.
So,better to take these tablets under gynecologist supervision since there may be chances of heavy bleeding.
Let me know if you have any more confusion.
