The medical termination of pregnancy is possible upto 7 weeks.After 7 weeks surgical procedure like D&C is required.

The medical termination of pregnancy includes usage of mifepristone and misoprostol tablets.
The 600mg of mifepristone is taken orally and a day after taking the mifepristone the 400 mcg of misoprostol to be taken orally.
ie.,for example if the mifepristone is taken today the misoprostol is taken the day after tomorrow.
The bleeding usually starts after a few hours of taking misoprostol.
A ultrasound need to be done 14 days after to check for complete abortion.

thanks for your advice, but we did a Beta HCG test for confirmation, the report is attached, which is 0.0, so now confused, the period should have arrived on 12th of this month as my cycle is of 25 days and last month the period was on 18 feb, so kindly advice what to to next, should we do a sonography to confirm more as the strip test was positive but Beta HCG is negitive, did we do the report too early, plz advice further

So there might be a possibility of false positive of urine pregnancy test.
So I would like you to repeat the urine pregnancy test with first morning urine sample tomorrow.
If the test is negative the confusion is gone and that shows there is no pregnancy.
If the test is positive then the BHCG needs to be repeated after 2 days.
