There are two method to abort pregnancy after one month- one is medical and other is surgical method of abortion.

In my opinion first you should go for an ultrasonography test to see the exact week and site of pregnancy( means it is intrauterine or extra uterine).

If pregnancy is less then 49 days then only you can go for medical abortion otherwise you should go for surgical method of abortion that is called D&C. Medical abortion is done under supervision of a doctor or an expert because it may cause excessive bleeding, infection and retained product of conception in some cases. After taking abortion pills she should go for repeat ultrasonography after 10 days of taking pills to see abortion is complete or not.

If she is comfortable then in my opinion you should choose surgical method of abortion.

First you should go for an ultrasonography test and then revert back to me I will advise further or you can consult your treating doctor.
