Question : I had a scab on my scalp that did not fall off. I messed too much with it and it finally fell off, but felt a small hole in its place. Will it close up or is there anything I can do to help it close.

Hi there.
The scab picked off is never a good thing as it leaves behind scarring.
Yes, it should close on its own.
However, i recommend using a wound healing cream eg Cicabio from Bioderma company that can be procured over the counter.
