Alright. Is there a home-care solution to deal with the same?

If yes, what must be used and the directions to use (eg: baking soda)?
Brief Answer:
Home remedies advised below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You can take half a lemon and put salt on it and rub gently on teeth.
Do it twice a week.
Baking soda can be used as gargles by dissolving in water.
But getting scaling done is a must.
Thanks.
