Brief Answer:
Can be inflammatory bowel disease or Enteritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.

There are two possibilities-

1)Gastroenteritis(Recurrent)-IInfection of the gut is the common cause. This is of sudden onset and is called infectious diarrhoea. Many bacteria, viruses and other germs can cause diarrhoea. Sometimes the germs come from infected food ,Infected water .Other causes are uncommon and include drinking lots of beer, side-effects from some medicines .
2) Other possibility is inflammatory bowel disease-
Test adviced are Colonoscopy to rule out inflammatory disease like ulcerative colitis etc.
Fecal calproctin to see the inflammation in gut.
Stool test for ruling out bacterial enteritis.

Please mention the medications tried by you till date.
