How To Treat Vertigo Caused Due To Inner Ear Issues?
Consult a vertigo specialist, need to be evaluated for other causes
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Vertigo can be due to many causes and vestibular apparatus in ear is one of the causes. Though you have changes in middle ear on left with suggestion of chronic mastoiditis but the cause of vertigo may not be this etiology.
You have to be evaluated by a neurologist for other causes of vertigo too. Central causes have too be also investigated.
In chronic vertigo , exercises may also benefit.
I will suggest you to visit a neurologist or vertigo specialist ENT doctor who evaluates and investigates properly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take a second opinion
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I am suggesting you to take a second opinion as you have not improved after the surgery.
If the other doctor also advice the same drugs then you have to depend upon some vertigo exercises and live with the same.
