How To Trim Down The Waistline Through Supplements Or Diet?
Please advice how to trim down the waistline of my husband through supplements or diet. He is 38 and has belly fat since the age of 30+. Thanks.
Thanks for the query.
In men, the fat collection site is usually abdominal region as a result the belly bulges out. There are number of factors contributing to add weight. The basic reasons can be hereditary, as a result of some disease as thyroid, lack of physical activity, XXXXXXX diet side effect of medicines, and so on. The factor that works apart from illness is that the calories intake increases then the burn out process so the excess of fats find a place to get deposited and belly bulges out. If the root cause if found and eradicated, we can check this tendency. In other cases this can be controlled without medicine and with medicine.
If you wish to try without medicine
- have only and only meals and nothing but meals, no tea coffee, cold drinks, sweets fruits juices etc.
- Brisk morning walk or jogging and yoga with a strong will to reduce.
- Proper life style has got to be adopted - no fast food, proper rest, keep bowels clean, lead a stress free life and No sleeping in day time.
- Sea algae (spirulina) is the one that is recommended as a suppliment as it has got all the nutrients but no fats and above that if taken before meals it is known to reduce hunger thereby reducing the intake of calories.
If medicines are to be added then we start with trifla to clean the bowels and then add tab. medhohar guggul and obenyl tablets.
It is usually seen that adopting a single mode takes long to impart results; but if all measures are taken concurrently - diet check, exercise and medicine along with a special technique of ayurveda called as udvartan in panch karma results come better. Udvartan is massage with dry powder made from certain herbs.
There are vegetables that consume more energy to be digested and release less energy after digestion. These can be added. Brocolli is leading vegetable in this group.
I hope you find this reply as quite informative. Let me know if you have other concerns.
Wish you all best of health.
