How To Use Miconazole On The Penis?

Question: Hello how are you
I just need to know how to use Miconazole on my penis. Because it says it needs to be applied on a dry surface. But after drying the head of penis and applying Miconazole on the Head of penis, what should I do after that? To cover it or not, to leave it open or wear my anderwear? HOW?
its head is itching and on the head there is a slight white peeling substance. Will Miconazole will be helpful to cure this?

Well, if this is fungal infection then miconazole should be helpful. It should be applied on dry glans and after this you can put pants on. It is just important not to put it on moist penis.
