Question: y wife takes mifepristone(200mg) through orally and misoprostol(400mg) throug vaginally at same time and what is my next step? she said like spotting happened with in 24 hrs and she feels dullness and feverish and not a problem right?

The first three pills are not supposed to be taken at the same time. Now that your wife has already taken the three pills it is best to wait for the bleeding and take rest of the two tablets after 24 hours. The dullness and feverish sensation is a common side effect of these pills.
