Question : How urgent is this? Should i contact my GP? I have been feeling very unwell, chronic bloody noses, fat bleeding, fatigue, and headaches.

Yes go to gp , needs stool examination,CBC, hemoglobin,fluid , electrolyte checkup it may vary from mild to moderate infection
