I am under BP tablet medication ( telma 40, daily once ) from past few months. My BP looks to be normal now ( 120-130 by 80-85 )
How will I come to know when to to reduce the dose or stop this tablet ?

I can understand your concern but before proceeding ahead I I would like to know following things.
1.your height and weight?
2.how much physically active you are? Do you go for daily jogging or morning walk?
3.do you smoke or drink alcohol?
4.history of diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart attack in the family?

Wt : 69 KG
Physical Activity : 45 min walking morning + 45 min ( Pranayam, breathing exercise, XXXXXXX Kriya)
No smoke and No drinks.. Drink is occasional.
Mother has BP + mild sugar
