Brief Answer:
Look for any crookedness or bumpy points

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting us with your health question

You can run your finger gently over the bridge of the nose to see if there are any crooked or bumpy points. There might be points that could trigger pain. But that would not necessarily indicate broken bone. So specifically look for bumpy points to rule out any broken bone.

However, an underlying fracture can only be ruled out with an Xray.

You can apply ice to the area for now and take Ibuprofen 400 mg thrice daily to reduce pain and inflammation.

If no improvement is noticed in the next 24 hours, follow up with the urgent care to get an Xray done.
