Brief Answer:
I would add the following medications.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

My name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

As I see you are already taking the right medications so I suggest you to continue the medications.
I suggest you to take an over the counter antiantinflamatory medication for the fever such as ibuprofen 400 mg 3 times a day.
I also suggest to take supplements of vitamin C,E and omega 3 to boost the immune system.
There is no specific medication to treat viral infection.
So the only thing that we can do is helping the immune system in fighting the virus.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-drink liquids
-gargle with salty water
-do the vaccine at the beginning of the season to prevent infection
-try to rest as much as you can
-eat a balanced diet including fruit and vegetables.

The symptoms may last a few days until two weeks.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have any otjer questions feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
