It was an incidental finding while normal routine check up .Should I consult with any other surgeon please guide

Since you have no symptoms and this is an incidental finding, I do not think of any problem at the moment.
Not to worry for future prognosis as you have asked for and usually no complications are reported with such hemangioma unless there is any intervention or some accident impacting on liver. So no worry.
Surely it is best practice to take an opinion of a Gastroenterology Surgeon and have further investigations to confirm the diagnosis just to make it sure.
