Brief Answer:
It can be removed with surgery
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you are having ankle arthritis due to deposition of calcium. It can happen when either your uric acid is high or kidney is not removing excess calcium. I would like to see x rays of the ankle. Please share those image. As far as surgery for removal of calcium is concerned it can be done anytime. It is mostly successful. chances of deposit of calcium is there but it will take few years so I do not think you will need multiple surgeries. As far as diet is concerned you can avoid wine, Red meat, egg and milk. Fruits and vegetable with seeds also should be less in diet.
I hope this answer will be helpful for you. Send x rays of the ankle also.
thanks
