Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma’am

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that keeping into consideration your age group and the ECG changes encountered it’s become important to evaluate the coronary competency to avoid any late-stage cardiac complications.

As knee replacement is a major surgery so it becomes important to evaluate cardiac function so that the anesthesia can be titrated accordingly and precautions can be taken as per lexiscan results.

I hope this information will answer your query.

Kind Regards
